DevZap ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data the DevZap browser extension and the marketing site at devzap.io collect, how it's used, and the choices you have.

1. What DevZap collects

DevZap is built privacy-first. The Chrome extension reads the content of pages you actively use DevZap on — strictly for the local feature you triggered (e.g. inspecting an element, generating a screenshot). We do not transmit page content to our servers for analytics or telemetry.

The marketing site (devzap.io) collects:

• Anonymous traffic analytics (page views, referrers, device class) for aggregate reporting.
• Email and payment metadata when you purchase a Premium license, processed by Dodo Payments.

2. Premium accounts

Purchases create an account on panel.devzap.com, our licensing portal. The portal stores your license key, registered devices, and account email. See the portal's privacy policy for details on that subsystem.

3. Cookies

The marketing site uses minimal cookies, primarily for analytics opt-in and to remember user-facing preferences. See the Cookies policy for the full list.

4. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing marco@devzap.io.
